When I try to insert a block or run the ALE, progeCAD displays an error message

This message is caused by an error during the installation, to solve it follow this procedure:|
-go to the 'Start' button menu > All Programs > progeCAD 2010 Professional ENG > Utility > User support folder.
-the Professional-English folder will open. Go up two levels in a way that the "R10" folder is displayed.
-right click the folder icon and choose to Rename it > you are free to choose the new name.
-re-open progeCAD and verify if the problem is solved.
